Not caring for the rain, nor the cold, over three hundred people have litterarly assaulted the shop to obtein a signature by Dave Mustaine, former MEGADETH's guitarist. Together with the other new members of the historical band, Dave met his fans for more than one hour, signing hundreds autographs for the happiness of the people. A big event, that would have been impossible without the help given by ESP and by JUNGLE SOUND STATION and we hope it will be repeated soon! For AXTRA and for myself personally, it has really been a not-easy-to-be-forgotten occasion, 'cos all band's members have signed the Jackson KV guitar, used by me on stage until then, that will remain "under glass" from now, with signatures from MEGADETH, WHITESNAKE, DEMON and GAMMA RAY (that I don't wanna risk canceling with my sweat :-) and 'cos, thanks to exquisite courtesy of band's staff, the italian ESP distributor has been able to receive one of the only 500 worldwide models of DV-8 Limited Edition for myself. What can I say? Having the honor to use DETH as "express courier", I don't believe it's something happening all days, isn't it? EH EH EH This technological splendour in a "red-yellow-fading" finish, goes to increase my personal list of memorabilias, along with the described super-signed Platinum Jackson KV-4, as the U.S.A. Flag Jackson Y2KV, won against any financial odds at the "career interruption" auction, back in 2002 in Los Angeles, after the accident to Dave's hand, where we have been invited as italian fandom's delegation and the other guitars of my collection. ...Down here, the unforgettable moment of signings... ...Only after having changed the logo from Jackson to ESP, though ;-P ...And then again hot rockin'!!!... :-) ...To the next time...
