...Cutting short a long, long story...

At the end of the now-so-far 1999, has born a new project,
to pay homage to one of the best metal bands of ever: MEGADETH... In the beginning it was a double tribute to Megadeth & Metallica,
but, existing yet, in the underground scene, many similar bands,
we didn't wanna start a sort of useless competition among bands,
so we have soon decided to go back to our true "first love"...

I guess everybody know very well now how difficult is to try selling
a product to promoters, if they don't know what you're talking about!
For this reason we established to choose a more commercial look,
in order to keep quiet, with songs such as "Nothing else matters",
even the "more delicate palate", also because we consider Megadeth as
a sort of "Metallica's rib", so there weren't interests' conflicts at all ;-)
Then, the final change, with the inevitable substitution of
all the symbols and the official logo, that was our trademark...

The project started to become famous, due to performances really close
to the originals and for the spontaneous charge put in songs execution.
We've decided then to try producing seriously a real discographic project,
even if it was a "miniature", 'cos we know well we're all "nobodies"... :-)
We've chosen to represent the icon of the first "unborn" Metallica's LP,
with Dave Mustaine still on lead guitar, very well known by the fans of
both the bands and we have completed the recording of a promotional
21 minutes MiniCD, consequently titled, obviously, "Metal up your ass".

We have prepared a complete live-set to conquer the opinion of all
the various fans of the cloned band, evolved with the passing time,
since the very early days of "Killing is my business" & "Peace sells",
passing thru "Rust in peace" & "Countdown to extinction", then thru
the late "The World needs a hero" & "The system has failed", up to
"Endgame", "Super collider" and to present day, trying to satisfy all
tastes, exactly like the original band would do in their own shows.

Thanks to Megadeth.com website's official forum, our efforts've been
noticed by many Deth fans and some "colleagues" worldwide, who
helped us promoting a "historic" feat: a mini-tours' series with shows
in places such as United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom,
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland! It was a true honor
to bring back Heavy Metal in the lands where it was born, expecially
because Italians don't always enjoy the best reputation abroad,
but we have managed changing even the most suspicious minds.

Unfortunately, on a terrible day of October 2006, a damn cancer has
stolen from us all Pier Paolo, irreplaceable bass player and friend...
The band reacted with dignity and resolution, but one thing is to try
enduring for a contract, or any other job's important turning-point,
while another thing is abiding an economic amateur level, pretending
to transfer to the audience a fun that's no more inside your heart,
that let the pain, for any single played note, remind you of the past...

Absolutely nothing against the guys who have filled after the empty
bass section, in an excellent way (both technically and more humanly),
indeed, they've permitted me to do honor to the past with 4 years of
great shows, but something has died in me by then, I've slowly quitted
booking new shows and rehearsals with the band. We have never really
disbanded: they all had musical projects to follow and I devoted myself
to the organization of my own personal interactive gaming-area, with a
Science-Fiction background, hosted by conventions and fairs (Comics),
that has given to me 7 years of headaches and immense satisfactions...

Now we're here again, showing clear symptoms of Metal & Stage
withdrawal, unleashing the Megadeth music's steamroller once more,
surely with some year more (but even Deth mean business :-) and with
a totally renewed need to "destroy everything", honoring our own past!
Wow, when I start talking about Axtra... Sorry, I'm a "natural chatter"!

2010 - Present
